Frequently Asked Questions

What are your opening hours?
We open daily over the School and Bank Holiday, from 10am to 7pm. During the School Term time, we close on Mon/Tue/Wed, then open 4pm to 7pm on Thu/Fri, and 10am to 7pm on Sat/Sun.

Where are you based?
We are located at Totton Arcade, 14 Water Lane, Totton, Hampshire, SO40 3DP.

Do I need to pre-book?
No, pre-booking is not essential, but we strongly recommend it to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to pay for a ticket if I am just spectating?
No, you do not need to pay for a ticket if you are just spectating.

Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?
No, our venue is not fully accessible for wheelchair users, and our toilet facilities are not designed for disabled access.

Do you sell food and drinks?
We do not sell food and drinks, but they are available from the convenience store next door, Water Lane Store. You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks into the venue. Please note, we do not allow alcohol to be consumed on site, even if brought from outside, unless pre-booked private session.

Do you have any parking?
We do not provide dedicated parking, but there are street parking spaces available and some parking spaces at the back of the venue.

I am running late for my session, what can I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We will aim to move your tickets to the next available time slot, subject to availability.

I need to reschedule my booking, can you help?
Yes, provided we are given 24 hours notice or more, we are more than willing to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.

Are children able to attend without an adult?
Children aged 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult/guardian (18+) at all times. Children aged 9 and over may attend without an adult with permission from their parent/guardian.

Do you do birthday parties?
Yes! We offer birthday party packages for children, teenagers, and adults. Please email us at info@tottonarcade.com for more details.

I wish to book a party but cannot pay in full at the time of booking, do you have flexible payment options?
Yes, we offer the option to book parties with a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid 7 days before the party. Please contact us at info@tottonarcade.com for more details.

How do I book my food order for a party?
We do not provide catering; however, private bookings can bring their own food. The arcade will provide tables and stools. Quality party food can be ordered from two doors up, Pat’s Sandwich Bar, 12 Water Lane, Totton, SO40 3DP.

Do you offer adult-only sessions?
No, we do not offer adult-only sessions. Our arcade is family-friendly and open to all ages during all operating hours. However, pre-booked private sessions can be adult-only, and alcohol consumption is allowed during the private sessions.

Can I hire out the venue for a day?
Yes, our private venue day hire options start from £400. We can offer venue hire at any time on any day of the week. Please contact info@tottonarcade.com for further information.

Lost property
We will hold any items left behind for 1 week. Please contact us if you think you have left something at the arcade. Personal possessions brought into the arcade are the owner’s responsibility, and the arcade will not be held accountable for lost items.
